What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account. We collect: the pages and options you tap, the search terms you enter, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, and campaign parameters in the link that brought you here (for example utm_source).
Cookies and advertising
We and our partners, including Google, use cookies and similar technologies to show ads, measure performance and prevent fraud. Where required by law (including the UK and EEA) we ask for your consent through a consent banner, and you can change your choice at any time. Google's use of data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Legal basis
Consent for advertising and analytics cookies; legitimate interests for site security and basic operation.
Sharing
We share data with advertising, analytics and hosting providers (such as Google, Cloudflare and our advertising partners) only as needed to run the site. We do not sell personal data for money.
Retention
Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email hello@taptapsearch.com. UK residents can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). US residents may have additional rights under state law, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising.
